UAE residents get visa-on arrival in Azerbaijan
UAE residents having a valid residency visa may travel to Azerbaijan and get their visas on arrival. This decision to do so comes into effect from this month July 26th onwards.
UAE residents visiting Azerbaijan can get a visa-on-arrival that is valid for one month. The visa is a tourist visa. In order to avail this visa, one will have to present their passport or their travel document as a must.
This new decision saves one the time and red tape that is involved in going to the embassy or the consulate-general of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the UAE and following up with the official procedures. However, all foreigners who intend to stay in Azerbaijan for more than 15 days will have to register at the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
