The Abu Dhabi Government is committed to providing a wide range of choices in housing and funding, to ensure all UAE nationals enjoy a better lifestyle.
All eligible UAE nationals can submit their requests for land or housing allocation and loan. The government constantly facilitates the application procedures to ensure it provides every Emirati with suitable and adequate housing.
APPLYING FOR LAND OR HOUSING ALLOCATION
All UAE nationals (Abu Dhabi, Alain and the Western region) can submit their requests for housing and land allocation to Abu Dhabi Housing Authority

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority(ADHA) is responsible entity for assigning homes and residential plots to eligible UAE Nationals.

To submit your request, you must visit the customer service center at Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, on any weekday between 7.00 am and 3.00 pm, with your original Emirated ID card.

APPLYING FOR HOUSING LOANS
The Abu Dhabi Government provides interest-free loans to UAE nationals to build their homes through the Abu Dhabi Private Housing Loans Authority and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority
If you wish to apply for a housing loan, you may submit your request through the Abu Dhabi Private Housing Loans Authority. Conditions and requirements can be found at the Abu Dhabi Private Housing Loans Authority website (Arabic).
The Authority reviews the applications, makes recommendations, and forwards the approved names to First Gulf Bank, the official bank that manages procedures and disburses loans on behalf of the Authority.
Thereafter, First Gulf Bank notifies eligible applicants and provides assistance with procedures, including agreements with consultants and contractors and follow-up with the progress of building and construction.

OTHER EMIRATI HOUSING COMMUNITIES
Under the Emirati Housing Programme, Abu Dhabi has a number of ready-to-move-in homes in communities in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region. The self-contained communities in Al Falah, Al Watani, Al Ain Al Fayda and Sila are among the largest projects and include many common facilities and services. The houses are built to the highest standards set by Estidama, the sustainability programme of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC).
