Eid holidays announced in UAE
Eid Al Fitr holidays for public sector and private sector has been announced by Federal Authority for Government Human Resources and Ministry of Labour.
Public sector: 4 days (July 16 – Shawwal 3 )
Private sector: 2 days ( Shawwal 1 – Shawwal 2)
Shawwal is the Islamic calendar month that comes after the Islamic month of Ramadan. Depending on the sighting of the moon, Shawwal month may start on July 17th or July 18th.
