Abu Dhabi’s new express bus service begins running on Friday

An express bus service will begin running in the capital on Friday.
The buses will run an average of 72 daily trips every 30 minutes .
The three new routes will provide a “wider coverage of bus network” for commuters, the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport said on Thursday, and have been selected following a comprehensive study conducted by the bus division on existing routes.

Hafilat cards can also be purchased at ticket vending machines found in bus stations, AC bus shelters, customer care centres, shopping malls and hospitals.
