The enchanting ‘Winterfest’ returns for the fourth consecutive year, with an array of festive family-friendly activities and shows.

This year, winter celebrations at the Park will kick-off with a one-time solo performance from the UAE’s ‘Ice Princess’, Zahra Lari. Member of the International Skating Union, the 21 year-old skating only Emirati superstar hopeful to officially represent the country in the 2018 Winter Olympics. Zahra will perform a breathtaking routine – a sneak peak of her 2018 Olympic qualifying programme at the grand opening of Winterfest on December 16.

The festival will include a colourful tree lighting ceremony every hour, with regular appearances from the famous duo Khalil and Berto. Guests can also enjoy the figure skating show that combines acrobatics and expressive dance, and for those looking to become the next ice skating champ, the floor is all yours when the shows aren’t live! The 240 sqm ice rink will be available for guests to skate and enjoy their time with friends and family.

The beloved Bjorn, the animatronic polar bear, will meet and greet guests during the interactive show. Engaging the audience at the Park, the playful polar bear and his Arctic companion will teach guests interesting facts about his habits and habitat.

As the seasonal music plays at the Park, the gracious ballerinas will dance their way into guest’s hearts with their mesmerizing performance in an enormous snow globe located at ‘Via d‘Italia”.

As for the little champions, the snow-play area will give them some real fun as they run, play, throw artificial snow into the air and enjoy the gigantic slide.

The seasonal market will also offer delicious festive fare with traditional cakes and cookies, as well as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi ornaments and merchandise.
