Underwater Treasures from Egypt’s Deep on Display

Artifacts from a sunken world have gone on display in Paris for the first time.
The Arab World Institute is hosting the exhibition event, “Osiris, Egypt’s Sunken mysteries” which showcases 250 historic objects discovered in Egypt’s deep.
The exhibition is the result of seven years of excavations by renowned archaeologist Franck Goddio, who discovered the sunken civilisations in Alexandria’s Portus Magnus and the cities of Thonis-Heracleion and Canopus in Aboukir Bay. Details
