UAE Will get Relief From Summer by 21st September 2017

- The high summer temperatures in the UAE are expected to gradually drop by late September, according to the national weather bureau
- Peak summer in UAE, which goes up to 50 degree celcius, is expected to wane by 21st September, 2017
- According to NCMS, after the sun’s rays crosses the equator on or around 21st September, then the temperature will gradually decrease below the tropical area
- Mercury will continue to be in the high 40s, edging towards 50C in August and September, until it begins to drop by two to four degrees by late September
- The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology is the body that is engaged in the study of the weather and climatic conditions of UAE
- The maximum temperature in the UAE for the month of August has been recorded at 48C from 2003 to 2016, based on NCMS figures
- The temperature gradually drops to 45C by September every year in UAE, and to 41.6C in October
- Because of the earth’s axis and its position during summer, UAE directly faces the sun, receiving its energy at a more concentrated rate at about 2.5 times more than the energy received in the poles
- Best way to avoid direct heat exposure during summer is by staying indoors whenever possible, especially from noon until around 03:00 PM
