UAE Temperature Continues to Peak at 48°C

- The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said the weather will be ‘hot to very hot’ in general, including this week
- Temperatures will range from 38 to 44°C along the coast, 29 to 35°C in the mountains and 42 to 48°C in the interior regions
- Maximum humidity would be between 60-90% across coastal regions, between 40-75% in internal areas and 30-50% in the mountains
- Winds will be south-easterly to north-easterly, with a speed of 15 to 25 kmph and be reaching 35 kmph at times in the internal areas

- Peak summer in UAE runs between July and August, when average maximum temperature is 49°C
