Visa fee exemption for UAE tourists this summer

Children under the ages of 18 visiting the UAE as tourists or as the child of any tourist shall be completely exempted from the visa fee during the summer season from July 15th to September 15th every year.
This decision was announced on Sunday by the UAE Cabinet. The decision reflects the UAE’s position as the prime destination in the global tourism sector that attracts visitors and families all over the world.
So far during the first quarter of this year alone, there have been 32.8 million passengers to have travelled through the countries airports. Hotels and tourism services, with a number of festivals and activities happening throughout the year, is what tourists look for in the UAE when they come here.
This decision from the Cabinet was approved as it goes in line with the growth and development of the tourism sector within the nation that follows the exemption of transit tourists within the first 48 hours from visa fees.
