Join this unique way to get fit in the UAE’s iconic national stadium at Zayed Sports City. The event encourages people to improve and maintain their health through stair climbing at the city’s best vertical training activity.
There is something for everyone to try at TrainZSC!
– Stair Climbing – challenge your fitness on the steps so that you can reach new heights
– Walking and Running – flat areas around the national football pitch are the perfect place to train when you need a break from the stairs
– Kids Bouncing Area – bouncy inflatables are a great way for kids to exercise in a very fun way
– Health Checks – find out your risk for diseases and learn tips for prevention with Daman
The event is a completely free to attend session, taking place every Monday from 6-9PM.
