TrainZSC presented by Daman’s Activelife is a unique way to get fit in the UAE’s iconic national stadium at Zayed Sport City. The event encourages people to improve and maintain their health through stair climbing at the city’s first vertical training activity.

– Walking and Running – flat areas around the national football pitch are the perfect place to train when you need a break from the stairs
