The suspension on all Qatar Airways flights to and from UAE is indefinite, until further notice. However, the airline has stated that “All customers booked on affected flights will be provided with alternative options, including the option of a full refund on any unused tickets and free rebooking to the nearest alternative Qatar Airways network destination.” Please contact the airlines ASAP to get a refund for your tickets or change the destination. Their Abu Dhabi office contact number is +971 2621 0007.

I’ve won a Jer Airways return ticket in Abu Dhabi Duty Free on 15, May 2018 and apparently will be expiring on 18 September 2018 also mentioned that I should be travelling within that dates, I am from UK, how could I claim this ticket if I am not in AbuDhabi?
