Temporary Hafilat Cards are valid only for a 14 day period.
Available at: Bus stations, shopping centers, Automated Ticket Machines.
Permanent Hafilat Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of Purchase. Permanent Hafilat Cards have several types such as,
- Anonymous Card
Available at: Bus stations, shopping centers, Automated Ticket Machines.
- Personalized Card
- Special Needs Card
- Senior citizens Card
- Students Card
Available at: Bus station ticket counters (Need to provide supporting documents and photo)
Please increase the validity of temporary card. In case of shortage of permanent card….now a days we are not getting the new pass.

Hi! Will we still be able to refund the remaining credit in the temporary card? We are not aware that the validity of this card is for 1 month only and we put 10 dhs load just the other day.
