Supermoon of a Lifetime to be seen in Dubai

November 14th – that is the date every stargazer and even resident in the UAE should remember because there will be a supermoon sighting visible in the country on that day.
Supermoons are not a rare occurrence in itself but what makes next week’s supermoon special is that this is the first time, in 70 years that it will be seen in its largest yet. The next one? It’s going to be in 2034.
So what time will it show?
You can bask in the lunar glory in the UAE at an estimated time of 5:52 p.m. local time. We can thank the improving weather since around that time, the sun will be setting and the supermoon is forecasted to be at its largest around that time according to monitoring website moongiant.com
Why do Supermoons happen?
Supermoons come to be because the moon rotates around the earth in an irregular orbit. Once the moon reaches a point in its orbit where it’s located extremely close to Earth, a Supermoon is born.
