Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed briefed about measures taken for the safety of UAE pilgrims on Haj

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, inquired about the safety of the UAE pilgrims who are part of the official UAE Haj mission.
Shaikh Mohammad inquired about the well-being of the pilgrims during a telephone call with Dr Mohammad Mattar Al Kaabi, Chairman of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments and head of the UAE mission.
Al Kaabi said he briefed Shaikh Mohammad on procedures and efforts exerted by the mission for Emirati pilgrims, as per the directives of the UAE leadership. He said Shaikh Mohammad issued directives for the mission to provide all necessary facilities for citizens in order to allow them to perform haj rituals with peace of mind. He also conveyed to Al Kaabi his greetings for the pilgrims.
Al Kaabi hailed Shaikh Mohammad’s keenness in following-up on matters concerning pilgrims and their safety, and ensuring that procedures being taken by the mission allow the pilgrims to perform haj rituals safely.
