Research on artificial intelligence bags award

Winners of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)’s third Scientific Research Award were felicitated at a ceremony held in Al Wasl Auditorium recently.
The best research paper was shared by two people while The Rail Agency was presented with an Award of Merit.
Mohammed Taher Arafa and Dr Amro Muslim won the first position for the research titled “Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Anticipating the Monitoring of RTA’s Projects by the Senior Management”.
The runner-up was Dr Amro Muslim for submitting a research “Issue Management in the Context of Projects Management.”
The third was Bayan Khidir Abu Shaaban who won the award for “The Contribution of the Dubai Metro in Limiting Carbon Emissions.” The Rail Agency was awarded for its efforts in encouraging employees to participate in the award, which was accepted by Abdullah Yousef Al Ali, CEO of the Rail Agency.
Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the RTA, presented the awards on the sidelines of signing an agreement with the Shell Corporation to boost innovation, creativity and conducting researches on the green economy. Details
