Rain forecast in parts of UAE
Dubai: Bring your umbrellas or rain coats with you today and probably until Tuesday as forecasters are expecting showers in parts of the country due to unstable weather conditions in the UAE.
The amount of clouds covering the country will increase occasionally on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, giving rise to chances of rainfall over parts of the UAE, especially towards the western region, according to the weather bulletin of the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.
On Sunday, heavy showers are expected in the western region particularly in the coastal areas of Sila, Al Ruwais, Abu Al Abyad and the Dalma Islands. The same is expected in the internal western parts of Mukhariz, Owtaid, and Mezeira.
Rain is forecast in the city of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. The internal and central parts of UAE such as Al Ain, Sweihan, Rezeen, and the southern parts of Qasyoura and Al Quaa are likewise expected to get light showers.
Average temperatures will continue to be in the mid-20s centigrade.
The sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea.
The relative humidity will increase during night and early morning over coastal and internal areas.
