I have been trying since Sunday to speak to someone. I have tried every extension at various times of the day but the phone has never been answered! I spoke to someone last week about the problems I was facing organising visas on line for my family to visit Mussandam on Friday 13 April. We have Diplomatic passports/ID and it was impossible to do online. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and we could get visas at the border- it was better to do this with Dip ID. I was told to use the Al Ain border but we won’t be coming this way- we are coming via Fujairah. Please could you confirm it is ok to get visas at the border here
