New Mawaqif Centre Opens in Abu Dhabi bus stations

A new Mawaqif Service Center will open at Abu Dhabi main bus station on 1st April, 2017.

The centre, next to Al Wahda Mall, will be open from 8 am to 8 pm from Saturday to Thursday, and on Friday from 2 pm to 8 pm.

Meanwhile, the Integrated Transport Center at the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport said the service center branches in Electra, Central Market, Al Falah and Mawaqif customer care center in Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties will be shut from March 31.

Customer care division director Jasim Abdul Rahman Al Ali said such steps are in line with the department’s comprehensive strategy to provide the community with effective customer care centres that offer outstanding services.

The centres will answer all the customers’ inquiries in a timely manner by experienced service care teams.

Al Ali added the Mawaqif services are available in Abu Dhabi Municipality branches: ADM main branch, Marina Mall branch and Al Bateen branch from Sunday to Thursday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. For DMAT’s Customer Care Centre in Al Maqta will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 8 pm.
