Good morning, hope you guys will reply, this is my 10th email & no response received from FAB/FGB, again after 4 weeks & waiting & visited 3 FGB/FAB branch last week to ask for a credit card closure form or any proof or confirmation that my FGB/FAB Credit card has been cancelled, but nobody provide me what I need, explained or clear scenario of its status.
I received a Request reference no# SR11482618 saying it was under process & will notify me once completed, I received a call as well.
I came back from a short leave & still did not hear anything from the bank, even a reply in this mail. I need a proof that this CC is closed already, I understand that non-liability letter can received only after 45 days, but I need a proof that this is already close & when I can request for it, please call me.
Hope you can help me & confirm that my FGB/FAB credit card is already close. Thanking you in advance.
