His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has unveiled the ‘Mohammed bin Rashid Smart Majlis’, which will connect 30 government entities that receive suggestions, comments and feedback under his direct supervision.

“Our doors are and will remain open, communication channels are open, and today we add a new channel, and a new Majlis to combine different government entities to receive ideas, suggestions and comments,” Shaikh Mohammed explained. “Our target is to make Dubai the smartest and fastest developing city worldwide with the assistance of UAE nationals, residents, visitors, and all of Dubai’s fans.”

Shaikh Mohammed went on to say that the combination of the traditional Majlis concept with advanced technology will allow Dubai residents – and the emirate’s fans around the world – to contribute to Dubai’s success, by not limiting the spread of ideas to specific time periods.
