H.H Sheikh Hamdan takes the ultimate Shark Week selfie

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is well known for being no stranger to taking selfies with wild animals, be it with a camel, a tiger, an elephant. And once he takes a selfie what does he do? Bam! He puts that up on his social media handle. From all the wild and daring exploits that he has had, this latest one that has happened this week should be the one that is his most jaw-dropping escapade to date.
The Crown Prince of Dubai has posted a selfie with the lucky shark to his Insta feed posing a little too close for comfort. But then this selfie next to the enormous whale shark has earned him the title for the ultimate Shark Week selfie.
He then has a thrilling video of himself uploaded, with some high-quality production of course that shows Fazza swimming alongside a pair of sharks.
The video was captioned as, “Swimming with these giant sharks is truly a breathtaking experience, one that is difficult to put into words. The more we swim with these creatures, the more we understand, respect and appreciate them” by the prince.
Faz was lucky indeed to be up close and personal to these sharks, because as it turns out to be, the whale sharks are not actually dangerous to human, they are in fact some of the most benign of the shark species out there. They don’t prey on huge preys, rather their diet is actually the microscopic plankton.
This week marks the 30th week of that of the Shark Week on the Discovery Channel. And we can best tell you that this piece of the video with Fazza and the shark is the best video out there and the only video needed by the Discovery Channel to put in for some viral marketing that they could have ever asked for.
