Fines for Al Khail Gate paid parking violations revealed
- The RTA has decided to issues fines from July 1 onwards
- Illegal parking slots that are reserved for the residents will be fined of AED 200
- Overstaying the expired time on the ticket will get a fine of AED 100
- Obstructing parking bays thereby exposing the motorists to danger will be AED 200
- The same fines are applicable at the parking bays in front of the Al Khail Gate Community Centre
- The first two hours are free parking for those around a community center and the third hour will be charged
- Per hour the fare will be AED 12
- After the first hour, the next hours will be charged at AED 4 per hour till it reached AED 28 per hour for the next five hours
- Parking beyond that time will be charged AED 32 per hour and is the same amount as the maximum parking fee for 24 hours in the community
