Filipinos favourite secret room in Dubai Tower

The 12 storey Centurion Star Tower has some of the most unique Filipino things that one could find here like a secret toy store, boodle fights, grilled chicken feet and intestines. This building has now become an iconic landmark for all the Filipinos that reside here in Dubai.
What makes this place so special and so popular you ask? The food of course. It is a foodie haven that draws crowds of Filipinos over here daily. And lots of it.
Inside the tower one may find 22 shops inside of it all catering to the tastes and the like of that of Filipinos. There is everything one can imagine in the ground floor of this tower that caters to the food sections such as various Filipino restaurants that sells everything from Philippine classics to the quirkiest street food.
They also serve great boodle fights. Boodle fights is nothing but food that is served over banana leaves. It is a very traditional form of having food and has been carried down for many ages across many Asian cultures. People can have the food from the banana leaves using nothing but their bare hands. There are great offers to try out from Dampa, Carinderia ni Tandang Sora, La Mesa, Citi Pavilion, Bodega or Talk Hang if you are looking for something new or if you are a tourist coming in here for the first time.
Apart from this, there is also a restaurant that serves budgeted buffets. One of the restaurants had an add that mentioned a lunch buffet for only AED 29. This buffet includes beef steak Tagalog, spicy chicken wings, adobong puti, sarsiadong tilapia (fish in sauteed tomato), ginataaang gulay (vegetables cooked in coconut milk), pancit or Filipino noodles and bottomless iced tea.
There is a toy store over here that takes up the entire office 1103. And right next to the door one can find a sign that says “ring the doorbell” to be allowed inside. Once the visitor enters inside this room, it turns into pretty much of a magical place for them as they are greeted by rows and rows of the popular Gundam toys. These toysare quite famous amongst the Filipinos as they all grew up watching Anime. Apart from these toys, there are also other fighting robots that come in various shapes and sizes as well.
