Fifteen Abu Dhabi Schools Become Public Community Centres

Fifteen more federal government schools throughout the emirate will open at nights to serve as community centres for the public.
The so-called community schools will provide “sophisticated modern facilities combining sports, cultural and social activities,” regulator Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) stated.
The centers can be accessed in between 8 AM and 4 PM from Sundays to Wednesdays
ADEC had formerly revealed that the community schools would book Sundays and Tuesdays for females and women and Mondays and Wednesdays for kids and guys.
The community schools consist of 5 in Abu Dhabi: the Mubarak bin Mohammed School on Abu Dhabi Island, Khalifa School (A) in Khalifa A, Alkemma School in Al Shamkha, Al Shawamikh School in Shuwaikh and Abdullah bin Ateibah School in Mohammed BinZayed In Al Ain, the community schools consist of Al Jahili School in Al Jahili, Al Hossoun School in Mezid, Al Tamouh School in Al-Tawiya, Ahmed bin Zayed School in Zakher and Sheikha Bint Sorour School in Al-Yahar In the Western Region, they are Al Sila School in Sila, Al Khamael (female centre) in Madinat Zayed, Al Gharbia (male centre) in Madinat Zayed, Al Marfa School in Al Marfa and Al-RadwanSchool in Ghayathi.
Anyone wanting to utilize these centers should complete a registration kind offered at the taking part schools, offer a copy of the UAE nationwide identity card, 2 current individual pictures, and a health certificate confirmed by the federal government specifying that there are no medical conditions impacting sports involvement.
