The ‘Family Budget’ project is designed to spread the culture of savings and promote the concept of sustainability of the family economy. It also raises the awareness of families about the importance of sound financial planning and the risks of debt. These families provide financial management skills and proper financial planning mechanisms and methods. The workshop helps people to managefinancial resources through wise spending and successful investment, and meet the challenges in spending, consumption and savings.

The  programme seeks to raise citizens’ awareness of the risks of debt and enhance their ability to sound financial planning and identify resources and expenditures and priorities. The participants learn to balance between the needs of the individual and the famil.

The aim of the project:
1. Disseminate the culture of savings and promote the concept of sustainability of the family economy.
2. Raise the awareness of families about the importance of sound financial planning, and the risks of debt with an emphasis on emerging 3. Providing families with financial management skills, mechanisms and methods of financial planning and rational spending.
4. Support financially distressed families by studying their problem and helping them to develop proper financial intervention plans to ensure that the financial crisis is overcome.
