Emirates Designs new Aircraft for Expo 2020

- Emirates has revealed the first of 40 aircraft in its fleet to be emblazoned with a new design dedicated to the upcoming Expo 2020
- The new design, which is based on the Expo 2020 logo inspired by an ancient gold ring, is fitted on an Emirates Boeing 777-300ER aircraft
- Emirates will be introducing two more designs dedicated to the other themes of Expo 2020 such as opportunity, mobility and sustainability
- Emirates is playing an important role in helping Dubai accomplish its Expo 2020 vision by carrying its logo across the world on its aircrafts
- Emirates Airlines is the largest carrier in UAE, owned by the Government of Dubai’s Investment Corporation of Dubai
- Expo 2020 is a Universal Exposition to be hosted by Dubai, from 20th October, 2020
- The main theme of Expo 2020 Dubai revolves around ‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’
- More than than 200 international participants including countries, companies, NGOs and educational institutions are set to participate in Expo 2020
- The Emirates Aircraft Appearance Centre has previously installed a number of eye-catching designs on aircrafts, including the ‘United for Wildlife’ decal
