- Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum opened the world’s first smart police service centre at City Walk on Saturday, 16th September, 2017
- The smart centre will operate without human intervention and be open 24/7 to offer 27 key services, along with33 fully automated sub-services
- Sheikh Mohammad issued directives to replicate the experience in all residential and commercial areas in the future and provide the finest smart police services
