Dubai Municipality Says ‘Thank You Mohammad Bin Zayed’

- Dubai Municipality has decorated five streets and intersections in Dubai with flowery designs that say ‘Thank You Mohammad Bin Zayed’
- This is in response to the ‘Thank you Mohammad Bin Zayed’ initiative launched by Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum to thank Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan
- The message was written in Arabic using ‘Dubai font’ on green patches using ornamental horticultural designs
- The intersections that carry the message are at Nad Al Hamar, Al Garhoud, Airport Road, the fifth interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road and the street opposite Zabeel Park
- Dubai Municipality is the municipal body with jurisdiction over city services and the upkeep of facilities in Dubai, under the Government of Dubai
- Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai
- Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces
- Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched ‘Thank you Mohammad Bin Zayed’ initiative on 4th January 2018, dedicating his Accession Day anniversary
- Every year, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid marks the Accession Day anniversary by recognising those who have impacted people’s lives and served the nation
