The official launch of ACCESSADGM, an integrated online client portal that is fully digital has been announced by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The online portal allows guest users to register on the portal to avail services such as permits for conducting events, trainings, and seminars on Al Maryah Island, according to ADGM. Clients can submit enquiries, feedback and suggestions on the online portal that also serves as an additional communication channel.

Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), an international financial center (IFC) located in the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, opened for business on 21 October 2015.  Established by UAE Federal Decree as a broad-based financial center, ADGM plays a pivotal role in positioning Abu Dhabi as a global center for business and finance.

The new platform provides over 60 e-services related to visas, work permits, letters, event permits, and mailboxes among others. Alerts and reminders are provided to its users on the upcoming expiry dates for employment visas and licenses. Moreover, the user-friendly interface and enhanced transparency features makes it easy for anyone to use it. Especially for a first timer. Clients can now have complete access and a full view of the status of their requests. Including the visibility of company accounts with the option to generate real-time detailed statements. The friendly online portal can also book visa related medical appointments. Living in an era where transactions can be completed with a click of a button, Abu Dhabi has decided to invest their time and energy in keeping up with the options and in staying updated. \

The platform is an end-to-end solution built on Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform, incorporating elements of the company’s industry-leading, smart commerce platform, Dynamics 365. This platform eliminates paper, and virtual trials and hearings via video conferencing reduces further costs. Do take a note that ADGM do not offer Visa Transfer services. Any applicant with an existing visa will go through the new visa application process. Any existing visas should be cancelled in advance of commencing this process. Also, insurance is needed in order to finalise each visa application.
