Developers to Present their Best-Laid Plans at Cityscape Global in Dubai
As this year’s edition of Cityscape in Dubai approaches, developers are jostling to draw attention to their latest projects.
They are fighting the tide amid a market downturn. The consultancy Knight Frank last week reported that in the year through June, Dubai property prices fell by the most – 12.2 per cent – among 56 world markets that it tracks.
Cityscape Global runs from Tuesday through Thursday at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Yesterday’s announcements ranged from luxury residences to studio apartments. Details
