Foodie fans can now get excited to learn that one of the most decorated and celebrated chefs in the world Chef Massimo Bottura is bringing in his culinary expertise to the table in the brand new W hotel. He is the mastermind behind three Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana that is going to open their doors in Dubai in the latter part of this year.

The chef took it under his wing to see that the restaurant Osteria Francescana was crowned as the number one in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants this year; will now have a more casual venue to be opened in Dubai. This one’s called Torno Subito.

There will be food that is served in both, indoors and on the terrace as well. There can also be the order for a picnic to be placed by the lagoon or at your bed by the beach. Although there has been no opening date that has been mentioned to date, the restaurant will be opening their doors majorly for lunch and for dinner. It is estimated that the hotel is set to have their doors open in the month of October this year, and we expect that the restaurant is soon to open their doors right after the opening of the hotel.

This restaurant is also set to be his very first restaurant outside Italy. The venue itself describes that it will take ‘guests on a journey back to 1960s Italy, where the vibe is sophisticated and social, but laidback’.
