You can buy an Hafilat card at Abu Dhabi Bus station in Al Wahda, at the counter where they sell tickets to Dubai, Sharjah etc.

I am really facing difficulties in buy Hafilat card, why it’s not distributed by other sellers and supermarkets, it would be very easy to sale it through Beqala stores for example or any popular supermarket chain. I have also tried to call this number 600 555 55 and the number is not in the service, my route is from WTC mall to Al maryah island, why do i have to go to Al wahda mall. it should be easier to buy Hafilat card. thank you for answering customer inquiries
Hi, You can actually get the card from the Hafilat card vending and recharge machines installed throughout Abu Dhabi city. You can find one near Al Fala plaza on Muroor road, one near Madinat Zayed mall etc.

I purchase a hafilat card on 04/06/16 from the nearby machine of Carefoure nerar Al Noor hospital. Now problem is, it does not show any balance and when I touch present it, saying unauthorized rout. I don’t know what mistake I made. it was 40 dhs and my rout is mostly Mussaffh to Abu dhabi city. kinly help me out of this.
Dear sir/mam, my bus card is having some problem, some times but not not always.. Earlier I never cared but quite recently observed that while getting down money is deducted, it is okay. After 1 day boarding from opp stand again it deducted on getting down again deducted. In June month happened twice , prior to this never cared. Unable to understand erratic behaviour of this card. I hope we can reload our hafilat card thru internet as the cue to the machine especially in the crowded areas such as electra and abu dhabi mall are so long after office hours which is the only available time for working residents.
