I have been trying to call the number +44 3335 665544 and so far have been unable to get thru and not only that it is also costly for me to be making the calls from malaysia.

My family and I have a connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Kuching on Friday 22 June at 9.30am and as such as was on your website have selected the Thursday morning flight from Abu Dhabi, Flight AZ5766. I am supposed to arrive in KUL by midnight Thursday. However i just received email from mytrip.com saying the flight is changed to thursday night AZ5720 (Operated by Ethihad Airways ) and arriving Kuala Lumpur on Friday morning. As such, i hope that Alitalia can revert back to my original booking.

All I want is that the original flight Thursday morning flight from Abu Dhabi, Flight AZ5766 on Thursday 21 June and NOT AZ5720 which was changed by your airline. Alternatively if Flight AZ5766 on 21 June is not available then an earlier flight one day , ie Flight AZ7040 on Tuesday 19 June, and Flight AZ5766 on 20 June Wednesday 20 June , would be ok. The most important is that i must be in Kuala Lumpur on Friday 22 by 6 am.I hope that you can understand my predicaments and hope to hear from you ASAP.
