President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan had sent a message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on congratulating him on the successful organisation and excellent co-ordination of the 2018 World Cup finals in Moscow.
The President of Russia was lauded by President Khalifa for providing some of the most excellent resources and potentials to the participating teams that contributed to the success of the World Cup.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also congratulated the Russian president.
