The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) is developing a new residential community for Emiratis along Mirfa’s coastline in Abu Dhabi’s Western Region.
The project comprises 410 villas, along with community amenities such as parks, shops, mosques and a public corniche. While the UPC is the master developer, the actual construction will be done by Musanada, working in coordination with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
The design of the 30 metre by 36 metre plots for the villas, along with the detailed design for all other community facilities within the development, is in progress and construction is due to begin in the first half of 2017. The community facilities, which also include public spaces and five retail plots will be linked by a network of pedestrian-friendly streets. Details
