A UAE-based professional sports team is set to release a video of their drifting exploits on Tuesday. Prior to the full release on October 9, the team teased what the audience will see: high-powered drift cars racing around Jebel Hafeet in Al Ain.
“Stay tuned for insanity to launch on October 9,” UAE sports team Lunatics by Nature wrote on Instagram. In a 21-second teaser posted on October 4, the team can be seen driving their race cars around the mountain roads. A scene even shows two of them racing to what looks like the top of the mountain. The scenes are reminiscent of professional drifter Ken Block’s viral gymkhana videos as well as Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
