- Louvre Abu Dhabi has opened its doors to the first visitors – Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

- The Sheikhs were introduced to some of the thousands of workers who have worked since 2013 in the construction of Louvre Abu Dhabi
- Louvre Abu Dhabi is set to open its doors to the public on 11th November, 2017
