Residents in the UAE woke up to a cool winds and light rainfall on Friday early morning. The National Center of Meteorology & Seismology reported light rain over Dubai, Al Qalaa, Dalma and Al Jazeera B.G; moderate rain over Ghayathi and Jebel Dhanna.
