Now that the ADNOC self-serve system is rolling out on June 30th, motorists are expected to shell out an extra 10 dirhams to get an attendant to fill their cars. Worry not, the system is super easy to use. Just watch the below video:
Step by step procedure to use the Self-Serve system at ADNOC fuel stations
STOP
- Switch off engine
- Children and pets must remain inside vehicle
AUTHORIZE
If paying with BANK CARD:
- Select ‘Payment method’ on screen
- Follow on-screen instructions
If paying with CASH:
- Call cashier to confirm amount
FUEL
- Select desired nozzle
- Insert nozzle into fuel tank
- Flip lever on pump upwards
- Squeeze trigger to begin fueling
- Hold nozzle throughout
- Fueling will stop when complete
- Return nozzle
PAY
If paying with BANK CARD:
- Your card will be charged for the amount you refuel
- Please take receipt
If paying with cash:
- Call cashier to settle
