Get Driver Fit brought to you by Daman’s Activelife is back yet again, with fun fitness and healthy lifestyle at its core. With widespread reach across the capital, there are even more classes each week for everyone to get active and try something new for free.
Join the fun at the GDF launch on 2 October at StartYAS on Yas Marina Circuit to start the seven week programme and be in with a chance of winning an exotic getaway.
The 2016 Get Driver Fit programme takes place at various venues throughout the city, including Zayed Sports City, Umm Al Emarat Park, Yas Marina Circuit, St. Regis Saadiyat Beach and Bodytree Studio with 7 weeks of classes ranging from driver bootcamp to boxing, yoga and beach circuits.
The program will reach its grand finale at the GDF Challenge at the Abu Dhabi Corniche over three exhilarating days of competitions and an exciting triathlon style fitness challenge from November 17.
