Emirates Airlines Marks Milestone With 100th A380
- Emirates celebrated the milestone delivery of its 100th Airbus A380 aircraft on Friday, 4th November, with a tribute to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan
- The iconic 100th A 380 has the image of Sheikh Zayed in commemoration of the late leader’s 100th birth anniversary
- The selection of the image and the special livery have been made by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum
- With the 100th superjumbo joining its fleet, Emirates airlines has reinforced its global leadership as the operator with the largest A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft
- Emirates Airlines is the largest carrier in UAE, owned by the Government of Dubai’s Investment Corporation of Dubai
- Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was the first President of the United Arab Emirates, a post which he held for nearly 33 years
