The Dubai Opera is the gem of The Opera District in Downtown Dubai and the most recent addition to Dubai’s tributes to fine arts. The unique dhow-shaped structure was created in honour of Dubai’s maritime history. With a capacity of seating up to 2000 people, the building is constructed in a way that enables it to transform into three different modes: a theatre, a concert hall or become ‘flat floor’ to create a banquet or event hall.
