Imagine stumbling in picnic made by giants. This is the crazy fun atmosphere visitors can expect at the Big Piknik. It is a brand new food event concept, launched for the first time during Abu Dhabi Food Festival. A day activity, all visitors will be asked to use the Piknik, red and white checkered blankets and select a comfortable spot on the thick grass. Giant food items will make up the décor and give the impression to the visitors that the giants could come back at any moment. How would you like a 2 meter high ice cream cone for desert? Or a one meter large donut? This fun family picnic will also promote healthy living with its organic farmer’s market section. Having fun, eating well and encouraging local farmers to take part, there is no reason to miss out on the Big Piknik….unless you are scared of the giants of course.
