This service is available through some branches of the Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society – Sabar Al Shamkha (Makani Mall), Al Mina (premises of Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society), Abu Dhabi Mall, and Al Muroor.
Musabbah Mubarak Al Murar, Acting General Manager, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, said: “Citizens will be able to obtain their allocated subsidised commodities from certain branches of Abu Dhabi Cooperative Society in the first stage, which will save them the hassles of visiting to specific food items distribution centres in Abu Dhabi and Musaffah,” he said.
One counter for serving citizens in each branch of the cooperative society where the service is provided, such that beneficiaries can be served and take delivery of their items bought at high-level service standards advocated by the municipal system.
Owida Al Qubaisi, Acting Executive Director of Support Services Sector, said: “The municipality is continuing with the provision of sales service through the website, self-service kiosks or service centres of ADM via the existing municipal centers.
