The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has released 58 new housing designs for Emirati housing loan recipients to choose from.
The designs were released as part of the Bayti [my home] initiative, to simplify the process of buying and building homes for Emiratis.
Homes will be available in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region and can be built within two years.
The average expected cost for each house, which is available as an interest-free loan, is Dh2 million.
It is open for all Emiratis whether they wish to pay cash or use the loan. Recipients can repay the amount in monthly instalments. Details
