The Traffic and Patrols Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police has issued guidelines regarding car decorations for the 44th UAE National Day celebrations. It called up on the public to abide by traffic laws and decoration guidelines, and to behave in a positive manner that embodies the deep meaning of this auspicious occasion.
Brigadier Khalifa Mohammed Al Khaili, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police pointed out that the directorate will be implementing a comprehensive traffic plan under the theme ‘Let’s Celebrate the Spirit of the Union without Violations’.
“Under the plan, monitoring will be intensified on all roads and celebration venues in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region through surveillance cameras and radars located on all roads and in underground tunnels so as to capture any traffic violations during the national day celebrations,” he explained.
