-Tournament will be open for all ages and nationality
-Deadline for registration Sunday, November 27 at 10:00pm
-Registration will be closed after 100 registrations
-Entry fee: Free and open to the public.
Tournament process:
-FIDE rules will be applied
-Time control: 3 minutes + 2 seconds for each move
-Swiss Manager Program will be used for pairings and tiebreak
