India’s Africa outreach in the form of the 3rd India-Africa Forum Summit has taken off with heads of state and government of 35 nations confirming their participation in the summit to be held next month here.
The summit, believed to be Narendra Modi government’s most significant diplomatic engagement at home this year, will see the largest gathering of leaders at that level ever in the country, surpassing the 1983 CHOGM summit which was attended by 33 leaders. Details
